Sort Rooms by Least Used (Cloud)

Rather than displaying numbers in numerical order when assigning rooms, this setting organizes rooms based on the last time they were used. Opting for this option promotes a more balanced use and rotation of rooms. It can significantly diminish the necessity for remodeling or replacing items caused by repetitive or uneven room usage.
Path: Management > Property Settings > Parameters > Section "Parameters" (right side)



1. Use the dropdown "Order Room By Least Used" to enable the option with "Yes".



2. Enter the number of days for which the filter will apply. It will set up how many days in the past it will check for the comparison. 



3. Click the green floppy disk at the top right to save the page modification.
